Privacy Policy for Business Fleet

1. Introduction

Jovan Stoshikj ("we," "us," or "our") built the Business Fleet app (the "App") as a Commercial service. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App to authenticate and access vehicles. We comply with laws and Deutsche Telekom’s corporate rules.

2. Information we collect

To provide our core authentication service, we collect the following data:

• NFC Identifiers (UIDs): When you use the App, we scan and collect the Unique Identifier (UID) of your personal NFC card, as well as the UID of the vehicle's NFC tag.
• Network and Device Information: Standard network routing information (such as IP addresses) required to transmit the NFC UIDs from your device to our backend servers securely.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected UIDs strictly for the following purposes:

• Authentication and Access Control: To verify your identity against our database and authorize your sign-in to a specific vehicle.
• Service Functionality: To record which user is currently assigned to or operating which vehicle.
• Security: To monitor for unauthorized access attempts or system abuse.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data or NFC identifiers. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Data is transmitted to our secure backend infrastructure (hosted in our private datacenter) solely to process the authentication requests.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, we may disclose information to authorized authorities.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your authentication data only as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain secure access logs.

Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated authentication data at any time by contacting us at tbusiness@telekom.mk or through your employer. Upon request, we will remove your user UID from our active access databases.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your authentication data. We employ industry-standard security measures, including secure transmission protocols (HTTPS), to protect the NFC UIDs as they travel from your device to our backend platform.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
